Refunds are subject to a 25% administrative deduction.
• On or after 25 May 2026:
Refunds are subject to a 75% deduction.
- After 1st of June 2026 refunds are subject to a 90% deduction.

• Refunds may be granted in cases of visa refusal or travel restrictions due to global or governmental conditions.
• Requests must be supported by official documentation (e.g., visa refusal letter or travel restriction notice).

Non-Eligible Cases
• Refunds are not applicable for personal reasons, including:
• Schedule conflicts
• Change of plans
• Personal preferences
