Our website is connected to internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service using Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay bank cards. After confirming the selected product or service, a secure window with the acquiring bank’s payment page will open, where you need to enter your bank card details. For additional authentication, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your issuing bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional verification. Please check the rules and methods of additional authentication with your issuing bank.

Online payment is carried out in accordance with the rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay, ensuring confidentiality and security through modern verification, encryption, and secure data transmission technologies. Card data is entered in a secure window on the acquiring bank’s payment page.

You will need to enter the card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa or CVC2 for MasterCard). All required data is displayed on the card.

CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.

Then, in the same window, a page of your issuing bank will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If static 3-D Secure is not set up, the code will be sent to your phone via SMS. If you do not receive the code, please contact your issuing bank.

3-D Secure is a modern technology that ensures secure online card payments, allowing reliable identification of the cardholder and reducing fraud risks.

Security Guarantees

The acquiring bank protects and processes your bank card data in accordance with PCI DSS 3.0 security standards. Data is transmitted to the payment gateway using SSL encryption. Further transmission occurs through secure banking networks with the highest level of reliability. The acquiring bank does not share your card data with us or any third parties. Additional authentication is performed using the 3-D Secure protocol.

Online Payment Security

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, credit card details) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored on our web server.

The security of online payment processing is guaranteed by the acquiring bank. All card transactions are carried out in accordance with Visa International, MasterCard, UnionPay, and other payment system requirements. Data processing is performed on secure high-tech servers.

Card payments are safe because:

The authorization system ensures that your card details are not stored and cannot be accessed by fraudsters
Payment data is entered directly into the acquiring bank’s system, not on the website
Refund Policy

Cash refunds are not allowed for payments made by bank card. Refunds are governed by international payment system rules:

The customer may cancel the service before it is provided;
After the service is provided, cancellation must be requested within 14 days;
Refunds are possible only if proof of purchase is provided;
If the service has individualized characteristics, it cannot be refunded;
Refunds must be processed within 10 days from the request date.

To request a refund, you must complete a refund application and send it along with a copy of your ID to: gwo2026@nu.edu.kz

Refunds will be issued to the same bank card within ___ business days from the date the application is received.

For erroneous transactions, you must submit a written request with supporting documents and payment receipts to: gwo2026@nu.edu.kz

The refund amount will equal the original payment. Processing time is calculated in business days excluding weekends and holidays.

A payment may be declined if:

the card is not enabled for online payments
insufficient funds are available
incorrect card details are entered
the card has expired
