The payment corresponds to conference registration services, including:

5. Payment Terms

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund Conditions

Before 25 May 2026: refunds are subject to a 25% administrative deduction
On or after 25 May 2026: refunds are subject to a 75% deduction

Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in cases of visa refusal or travel restrictions due to governmental or global conditions. Requests must be supported by official documentation (e.g., visa refusal letter or official notice).

Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are not provided for personal reasons, including:

Schedule conflicts
Change of plans
Personal preferences

Additional Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted before the start of the conference
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe

7. Delivery Terms
Services are provided as access to the conference
Access is granted after payment confirmation

8. Privacy Policy

Participant data is collected and used solely for registration, communication, and payment processing purposes, and is handled securely.

9. Public Offer

By completing the payment, the participant agrees to all terms listed above.
This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
